developed a brand new sampling technology to capture the unique sonic
characteristics of the world’s finest guitar amps, cabinets, microphone
placements and effects. Each amp and effect plug-in was meticulously
engineered to meet professional needs including dual amp and dual
cabinet options, MIDI control, and routing flexibility. Together
with Paul Reed Smith Guitars, we perfected the sound and created the
Waves/GTR Guitar Interface hardware for optimal impedance-matching. Waves GTR is much more than a substitute for real amps and effects; it’s the ultimate in guitar sound technology.
